The managers also wonder what proportion of frequent flyer customers will prefer to book online compared to telephone. They believe that the proportion will be greater than 40%. They survey a random sample of 249 frequent flyers and 116 indicate that they prefer to book online. Use the appropriate hypothesis test to determine if there is sufficient evidence in the data at the 5% level of signficance to support the managers' belief. Put your hypotheses in cells B6 and C6 of the Answer Summary Sheet. Put your p-value in cell D6, rounded to at least 4 decimal places. In cell E6 of the Answer Summary Sheet, state whether you reject or don't reject the null hypothesis. In cell F6, state what you conclude about the proportion of customers who prefer to book online.
