Worley and Lawler [2006] stated that employees are not read}F to work for an organization having no proper reward and compensations system. Rewards can be used as a catalyst to achieve maximum performance (Bijleveld et al., 2009}. Rewards positively reinforce excellence in behavior and performance, increase job satisfaction, reduce stress and build a conducive working environment where employees share their innovative ideas and create a culture of excellence.
