Struggling through this question, help walk me through it?

After the explosion of a 1.500 megamole propane facility on the planet Zalamaestra, the concentration of CO2 in the planet's atmosphere changed from 0.587 g/km3 to 0.849 g/km3. The planet Zalamaestra has a radius of 2,546 mi, and its atmosphere extends 2 miles above its surface (assume the concentration of carbon dioxide remains the same within the bounds of its atmosphere). Propane combusts according to the following reaction:

C3H8(g) + 5 O2(g) -> 3 CO2(g) + 4 H2O(g)                 ?H = -2044 kJ

a. Is there leftover propane at the facility that hasn't combusted? If so, how much?

b. Assuming that animal life on Zalamaestra needs oxygen to breathe, would this planet be devoid of animal life or still living?

The atomic bomb codenamed "Fat Man," that the United States detonated over the Japanese city of Nagasaki on August 9th, 1945, released 88 TJ of energy.

c. Assuming there was enough available oxygen, how many Zalamaestran propane facilities would have to be detonated to reach the destructive force of the atomic bomb "Fat Man"?
