Role of school nurse in promoting mental health of adolescent To successfully complete this assessment task, you will need to select and examine a primary health care (PHC) nurse role. You will analyse the work undertaken by this nursing role and how a nurse employed in this role would identify the health needs of their client group. By considering demographic characteristics and other relevant data relating to the client group, you will predict a relevant (actual or potential) health issue for this group.
