Recycling has become the norm now for many in Canada but there is still a lot of room for improvement. On January 1, 2022, the City of St. John's will require use of clear bags for garbage collection in an effort to ensure all citizens recycle as much as possible. There will be an allowance for one "privacy" bag per household each week. You have been hired by the City to implement a marketing campaign to promote use of clear bags and recycling in general.
