Management have accepted the outcomes of your review in Activity 1 and asked that you facilitate a workshop with the key stakeholders to revise the diversity policy to incorporate the improvements that have been suggested. The purpose of the workshop is given as-

  1. to present your revisions to the Marino Diversity Policy,
  2. to promote the benefits of diversity in the workplace, and
  3. to improve awareness of the challenges experienced by individuals from diverse groups in the work team.
