Q.  Avon Products Inc., has created a separate "mark" line of cosmetics and other beauty products that is targeted at young women. Avon sells mark at a website and through independent sales reps (agents), including college students who sell to their friends. Review the mark website. Do you think that mark reps would view the website as competing for their consumers' purchases and a source of conflict or would they think that it helps them to promote mark and identify new prospects?
