Use Microsoft Project to create a construction project schedule complete with detailed task lists and activity durations. The project will be the construction of a new one story commercial office building. Highlight the Critical Path and calculate FF (Free Float) and TF (Total Float) for each activity. Add milestones throughout the schedule. Assign appropriate resources to each task. Accompany the completed schedule with a paper discussing how the schedule was created and how the project might be improved through resource allocation and schedule (precedence) changes. Utilize bar charts and other visual aides to illustrate project performance improvements. Also discuss project milestones, cash flow, progress updating, and the use of schedules in defense of claims/litigation. Support the paper with research from the online course material, text, and outside sources if necessary. Properly cite all sources using the APA format.
