Project Objective
This Project aims to have MACS Technology a Performance CANVAS System (Phase 1) to help its Management and Recruiters/ Talent acquisition consultants to identify and source better (Right) candidates, service client demands in quick timelines based on the data captured /using Analytics to hit the success rate by better sourcing.
Desired Outcomes
• Understand the Professional Services wing IT staffing process flow solution requirement and document the processes to implement Talent profiling Database
• Developed system needs to capture By- Client / sourcing details which should include By Client
o Demand pipeline
o Demand Frequency
o Demand Technology
o Details of sourcing success / unsuccessful parameters to include
- Feedback (technical and non -technical)
• Based on the data captured, developed system needs to generate Dashboards to track
o Passive Tracking Dashboard - Report should demonstrate
- Time taken to source by client & Role (both Successful & unsuccessful) Quarter on Quarter
- No of conversations with client and candidate and tie taken to source by candidate ( to better understand Relationships & Interactions)
o Performance by client - Report should visualise Weekly heatmap report by client and technology
