Joshua is a project manager in an information technology company. The company receives a project that has to be completed in a short span of time. Joshua decides to increase the daily work hours of the delivery team to fast-track the project. However, Martha, the delivery team lead, does not want her team to be put under pressure and insists that Joshua request the client for a deadline extension. Joshua wants to please the client, so he is against Martha's suggestion.
