A Project Management Plan is to be developed for ONE change or planned project in the Health Information Service at Curtin Hospital (hypothetical). This can be anything that is relevant to a Health Information Service. Curtin Hospital is a 300-bed public metropolitan hospital that currently utilises a paper-based medical record. The more focused your project is, the easier it will be to complete the assignment.
The scope of the project is to implement EHR (by making people aware of the utility and advantage) at Curtin Hopsital. All the planning, strategy, stakeholder concern, and implementation change management steps relevant to the project has been detailed along with grant chat.
