You will then work on the exercises based on the chosen project to prepare a set of documents needed for planning, developing, and managing the project. The final assessment is a 2000-word individual report together with the project management document package (100%). You will review, in the light of your new knowledge and understanding of theory, a project from your employment on which you have already worked to apply knowledge to problems and identify sustainable solutions.
