Project Charter for Final Project

For this you will develop a project plan for any product design, development, or service rendering. In this assignment you will design one of the initial deliverables of a project, a project charter. You will start from the one-pager scenario submitted in the previous learning module.

 The charter will include the following format:

1. Executive Summary - In this section you will describe the company profile, operations
2. Project purpose, scope and justification - State what should be done, expected outcomes or results, the primary objectives or scope, plus the justification to start the project.
3. Designation of the project manager and responsibilities.
4. List of Stakeholders.
5. Team members and needed resources.
6. Requirements and possible risks identified.
7. Preliminary Schedule.
8. Preliminary Budget
