Instructions:
In preparing your assignment, ensure you include the following:
• a daily log of activities as part of the project;
• a description of the tasks that have been achieved on that day;

After specifying the project deliverables in Assignment one, and then status reporting on their attainment in Assignment two, the student will, at the end of the project, report on the project, its impact, what was learned during the project and how the project has complemented the student's learning journey.
Instructions:
At the end of the project, students will prepare a 15-minute final project presentation. The student will be accountable to their academic/industry supervisor who will contribute to the student's assessment by providing an evaluation in conjunction with the student.
Instructions:
In preparation for the supervisor evaluation, the student will:
• negotiate a time to meet with their supervisor in which to undertake this evaluation;
• prior to the meeting, have completed the evaluation form, giving themselves a rating and providing comment on personal, performance and project management competencies;
• facilitate the supervisor's completion of the supervisor's section on the evaluation (it is not compulsory for supervisors to provide comment); and
• provide commentary for any differences in opinion.

Assessment Five - Final Report

Context:

The culminating deliverable for this subject is this final assignment in which the student demonstrates how the ‘Project Management Capstone' subject has allowed them to integrate knowledge gained from previous study into their capstone project.

Instructions:

Students will use their fortnightly logs as a starting point to drive the development of a final report. The objective of the report is to detail the specific theories and frameworks from their previous studies that were tested and validated in undertaking the project. Students will also document their lessons learned and how the capstone project experience benefits them professionally. Students should produce a professional report including an executive summary, introduction and conclusion and be prepared to cite several academic references.

First we need a 400 words summary of our research based project but first we need to send my lecture our project summary in 300-500 words After my lecture approves that summary we have to do other assignments later on by the due dates Note from lecturer - The Capstone is for you to demonstrate that you can apply your learning from this and previous project management subjects and run an employer based or research project investigating aspects of managing projects as per PMI processes and are able to construct relevant project management artefacts as described in PMBOK.
