Capstone Project

• Describe the business problem you propose to address
• Describe the current impact of the business problem to your employer
• Describe how the employer will benefit from your proposed project
• Describe the key deliverables you will be accountable

You have to include the following:

Provide an overview of the capstone project and you have selected;

• identify the problems/needs, explain a possible solution/development that is required and detail the outcomes the project will achieve;
• provide a project plan and budget;
• identify and detail the current skills and knowledge you possess and which will be tested in the preparation of the project;
• and explain the specific areas of theory you expect to be bridging in this capstone project.

You can add the following points

1. Introduction

2. Executive summary of project charter assumptions or constraints

3. Scope management
WBS
Deployment plan
Change control management

4. Schedule management
milestone
project schedule
dependencies

5. Budget management and other areas which can be used like HR or communication or any other
