Group Communication Discussion
Interprofessional communication is a communication where the health professionals communicate with each other, with patients and their families. This communication enhances trust and respect among patients, their families and health care providers. It helps to set a shared goal and create collaborative plans, make effective decisions, and share responsibilities. Interprofessional communication mainly depends on transparency and honesty.
In my own perspective, I feel like healthcare department is practically similar to a government, you realize there's a ruler on top and afterward everybody's a tad underneath I sincerely feel that occasionally the nurses get treated unjustifiably in light of the fact that the doctors do that and that is unreasonable for them. Where I used to work as a medical caretaker, there were a few my partners that believed that doctors and specialists couldn't convey well and this extraordinarily impacted the functioning relationship in the office.
