Think about the sequence in which the monster is born and learns to walk. This is a completely fictional circumstance. We do not have real world examples of monsters coming back to life.

QUESTION: If the actor does not have an example of a monster from the real world to imitate, then how does he make a performance that is still believable for the audience?

(Take a close look at his performance and analyze the layers of imitation that he uses to make it believable. Break down the performance and think about how he assembles a performance out of recognizable pieces imitated from everyday life. What do you recognize from real life in his performance?
