Cliff’s Cancer Sticks, Inc. (CCSI) produces high-quality tobacco products – cigarettes, cigars, snuff, etc. Although CCSI has been immensely profitable over the years, due to the aging demographics and high mortality rate of CCSI’s they are projecting a protracted business decline. Revenues, earnings and dividends are all expected to decline at a rate of 4% annually. CCSI recently played a dividend of $4 per share and the required rate of return on stocks of this risk is 14%.
