Using the example on slide 8 and for each of the controlling hazards slides, read the HSE Enforcement guide and give an Initial Enforcement Expectation (IEE) of what you would do if the control requirements were missing.

Produce and IEE for missing Collective Fall prevention on buildings and on vehicles.

Produce an IEE for Faulty Scaffolds, Faulty Tower Scaffolds, Faulty MEWPS, Faulty Work Platforms and faulty Fall arrest systems (Nets) identifying potential faults and the enforcement actions you should take.
