Project Introduction:
In this project, you will choose a topic of interest from the field of humanities, including but not limited to literature, music, dance, architecture, art, film, and historical movements. The topic must be contemporary, meaning it must be from 1950 or later. After you select a topic that interests you, develop an argument and share your topic and proposed argument with your instructor for approval. You can share your topics ideas with your instructor at any time, but need to have your choice finalized and approved before you submit Project Part 1 in Module 4.
In Project Part 1, you will create an annotated bibliography using eight credible sources-five sources that support your argument and three sources that refute your argument-to research on your issue. In Project Part 2, you will expand your argumentative paper and develop your argument into a complete essay that organizes your ideas and supports them with evidence from your annotated bibliography sources.
