1.3 Examine priorities and success criteria needed for the team.

1.1 - 1.3 For this assignment the student should focus upon an occasion when a new project is to be undertaken by their IQA/assessment team - for example the introduction of a new qualification, or major changes to a qualification with which you work. The student should complete a reflective piece explaining the context in which work will be undertaken, and identifying the skills base and resources available for the project. They should examine priorities and success criteria needed for their team.
