Using the knowledge you have gained in business Access course, I want a that addresses the following issues:

Business Plan

• The legal ownership of your business and reasons why you opted for this type of legal ownership, for your business
• How you are going to raise finance and list some of the requirements for your start-up business (for example, assets, equipment, human resources and/or stock) that this finance (capital) will help you acquire.
• Outline the type of customers you are targeting and describe who your competitors are.
• You should also identify the capacity of your business; this could include people (human resource), premises, stock (inventory), equipment etc. (being a start-up, the capacity of your business will be based on estimates and/or predictions).
• Use the sales forecast (in your appendix) to recommend strategies for your business for the next 36 months (3 years).

APPENDIX SECTION

• Produce a twelve-month sales forecast for your business. The forecast should include number and value of sales (in Pound Sterling) that are realistic and relate to market research
• You should produce a breakdown of the fixed and variable costs of your business
• You should produce a price list for the product(s) or service(s) that your business will be offering
• As a tool for your market research, design a questionnaire (of not less than 10 questions) which will be distributed to potential customers, to gauge the response of your product(s) and/or services
