Most business jets witness an average depreciation of 1% per month. This leads to buyers usually waiting whereas sellers want to go ahead and make deals as soon as they can. Sellers start to comprehend the fact that the first offer they get is usually the best one. In the case of a continent like Europe where there are a large number of business jets, in just a matter of years, the number of business jets has almost doubled. However, the number of flight hours remain about the same. Boutsen Aviation, a private company that sells, buys and rents private business jets has prospered from record sales, selling over 20 aircraft. This is a record in deliveries and combined value.
