Individual part - The Process

  • Broad analysis of processes from mission, vision, main goals and strategies (egs: supplies, Sales, service, comply with health and safety regulations, HRM, BAS Preparation). Name and describe each process.
  • Table of identified processes and compliance requirements and consistent with any in depth coverage in other individual components.

Of course the minimal limit of stock for each product will be assigned by the manager; hence, whenever the stock reaches this limit the software will notify the manager in order to place a request to the suppliers. The shelves will be installed in a way to be divided into zones such as zone A, Zone B… and each zone relates to a predetermined product. The scanner will have the ability to differentiate between the categories of the stock and find out what is the missing product on the shelves due to these divisions on the shelves. This process does not need to be sophisticated and complex. All what is needed is a small-sized scanner (with a length equal to the shelves’ length) and a motor-empowered rail roads that could be installed and connect the shelves from the upper part as well, so one scanner can move along all the shelves. The scanner’s task is to move along the shelves, scan the products by their corresponding predefined zones, and automatically send the scans to the software that itself will translate them and generate a stock report after counting the missing items on the shelves.

The company name is FoodTech (we are selling SCANNERS with SOFTWARE that will count inventory in warehouse automatically and create reports for managers to order products from their suppliers. bellow is detail description "1.2. Product Features and Description Our product is software that is connected through Internet to a scanner where it can count the inventory placed in warehouses. You will also see our group progress check (we got 3.5 out of 5 on that) in order to get our business idea and initial work. There is no necessarily “correct” format or content of a business plan, although the business plan should be flexible and at least cover operations, management, administration, processes, marketing and finance and be appropriate for the particular needs of the start-up or existing business. Be aware that business plan templates and examples available on the web may not be suitable or adequate for a client’s needs, particularly as they are often designed for completion by the entrepreneur himself/herself for the purpose of raising finance, or are incomplete “teaser” advertisements for consultants who do business plans.

Remember that you are writing for and presenting to a client who you would like to impress. Your reputation, an attribute of great value to any professional, depends on the depth of your research, the quality of your analysis and the professionalism of your written business plan and oral presentation. The format of your BP should be user friendly for a busy client and immediately signal that you have researched his business proposal thoroughly, that your thinking is logical and organised and that there is no reason not to trust the quality and integrity of your work.
