Strategic planning is a very important process in any business whether healthcare related or not. This type of planning allows for the organization to ensure that it has a plan of action for the close and far future. This planning strategically places the company in the steps needed to ensure success whether it be a two year or four year plan. an income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement are vital for strategic planning as it is the summary of the business and its assists, profits, and margins. like you said the staff and managerial staff are responsible for the processing of data and information. The combining of these markets and their different resources provides a clear cut plan of operation that if followed will generate success.
What do you think is needed in the plan for strategic planning to make it a success and not a failure? does someone specifically have to take on a larger portion of the work or is it all hands on deck?
