You have been appointed as a Consultant for an Organization which has 1200 employees and which is in the business of e-learning. The average age of the workforce is 35 years and the employees are located in two offices - Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The results of the Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement Survey are just out. Two areas where the Organization has low scores are for the questions (a) I know what is expected of me at work and (b) In the last six months, someone at work has talked to me about my progress. The CEO has asked you to look into the matter and determine what has led to these low scores.
