There are a number of organizations that believe the entire process of recruitment and selection caters too much to the applicant. Some organizations take the position that we have a job opening, here are the requirements, we pay very well and have very good benefits, if you do the job well, you will be highly rewards, if you cannot do the job well, then you will be dismissed. Those type of organizations often ask, "Why should we try to woo and attract candidates, when the job and compensation should be able to attract candidates, without the recruitment process?" The point here is that many managers (non-HR managers) will not understand why extra lengths are taken to attract candidates, especially given that the total compensation is already in place and adequate for the position.

-Fully analyze, assess and explain this way of thinking (use your own explanation, and use facts and research to support)

-Is it beneficial for the company or not ( explain the why)
