Situation

Describe in one sentence, a personal case (situation) where you were in the process of making a purchase, however, you abandoned it due to either a FRICTION or a GAP.

Answer: I'm buying my dinner at the Thai restaurant

What was the specific friction(s) and/or gap(s) in this situation that caused you to abandon?

-> The friction is a long wait time with the bad service from one of the employees.

How did this situation cause such a level of dissatisfaction that you abandoned the purchase?

-> The situation is that I must wait a long time for my food. I understand that it's Saturday, so they are busy. I'm okay to wait; however, the employee's attitude makes me feel upset because she yields to me when I asked her when the food should be done. And I just asked her for the first time.
