At the end of the internship, reflect on the role of the administrator and executive leader in the different areas of performance and in the processes of change and innovation in health systems. Use the following questions to guide your reflection:
1. Describe the likely role of the manager and executive leader in each of the following areas, from the perspective of your learnings in practice and throughout the course:
Organizational structure and strategic planning of health systems

The quality improvement process
The decision-making and problem-solving process
Implementation of policies and procedures in practice
2. Explain the opposite are those areas that impacted you as a leader in your process of formation of the internship practice, good areas you consider that you are better prepared and adequate you consider that you have greater resistance. Indicate why.
