Process Evaluation for Program on Adolescent Obesity: Prevention and Management
Introduction: Your program has been designed, and the implementation will begin soon. You must plan your process evaluation, or how you will monitor and assess that the program is being implemented as planned.
Assignment B must include the following sections:
Section #1: Program Activity Summary
Revisiting Assignment A, briefly list your activity objectives and corresponding program activities (these may have been revised based on feedback)
Program Activities
Primary Care: Providing training on goal settings. Regular check ups.
Community- develops and support coalitions/partnerships. Work with local food, food retailers, activity programs, recreational centers, and parks. Walking/physical activity programs. Health education programs on nutrition.
Early childcare/education: staff curriculum assessing environmental settings and identifying changes needed, promoting healthy meals. Schools working with wellness committees.
Other: Family health education. Social media marketing promoting good health. County needs assessment based on stats and plan establishments. Awareness inventions.

You should be able to assess all your activity objectives by answering these questions
