The Green Equipment company is one prospective supplier. On a recent trip to the Green company, Green offered Brown a new station wagon if Green was chosen as the equipment supplier. Brown has always considered herself to be quite ethical, but she is also human, and the station wagon sounds tempting. Neglecting the ethical aspects of the situation, Brown is still faced with certain legal and practical problems. What are Brown's rights if, after recommending Green as a supplier, Green fails to produce the station wagon? What can happen to Brown if White Manufacturing finds out about the deal?
