Imagine that , as a team leader in your organisation, you receive an email from your manager or Human Resources department, notifying you that one of your team members has made a complaint, claiming he is experiencing age discrimination from other team members. It is your responsibility to manage this issue within your team.

Access and read your organisation's policies and procedures relating to anti-discrimination, equal opportunity and conflict resolution.
