Assuming you open your email and find a desperate plea from a friend whom you haven't talked to for quite some time. In the email, your friend says that he was on vacation in Zimbabwe, Africa and ran into legal trouble. The authority in Zimbabwe is holding him prisoner, and if he cannot find the money to pay the bail, he risks lifelong imprisonment. He begs you to help by sending money to a certain someone's account in Switzerland.

Based on the above case, apply your critical thinking skills and problem solving. Write an essay by highlighting your arguments before rushing to aid him. Your essay should include the following components:

Identify the issue(s)/problem(s) of the case

Analyse and propose solution

Conclusion

ASSIGNMENT 2:

You are required to write a report about your own personal problem and propose solution to the problem. Think of any problem or issue at work or own personal life that you are encountering now. You need a strategic solution for your problem.

Your report should based on the following components:

Introduction: The objective of the report

Content:

Description of the issue/problem;

Application of ONE (1) problem solving tool or decision-making strategy to solve or decide on the issue/problem;

Elaboration on the solution or decision of the issue/problem.

Conclusion - Summary of the report and self-reflection about the process of doing the assignment.
