Create a schedule for the Storage Building to include all areas of work (the entire project) and complete the CPM Activity Data Sheet included in theCPM handout. The schedule is to have a minimum of 25 activities. The Owner has defined in the contract documents that the contractor will be allowed a total duration (from Notice-to-Proceed to Substantial Completion) of 250 days (so your schedule should be slightlyless than or equal to 250 days).

The schedule can be developed either by hand or using scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera SureTrak, etc.), just as long as the Activity Data Sheet is completed. (Hint: Project and Suretrak will automatically create a network diagram once bar chart information has been input).
