Using Deception as a strategic tool (INDIVIDUAL)
Discussing in detail each of the following
1. Looking at other strategic moves in history we know that the Reagan sponsored "starwars" missile defense program was just a ploy to get the Russian government to spend more money on defense and eventually it bankrupted the Soviet Union. -The strategy was to use a deception in order to achieve a goal.
