You will be provided with a number of academic articles relating to the topics

Using the articles supplied as a BASE for your research, you are to find at least TWO examples of business entities that are applying these principles in their operations and write a report on the success (or failure) of the adoption of these principles.

Topics include:

1. Performance evaluation using non-financial performance measurement (e.g.

Balanced Scorecard, Benchmarking);

Your report will be both a summary of the articles and your research findings. Students are to apply an evaluation of your choice from the above management practices supported by Management Accounting information to a real-world scenario and report on how it may affect firm performance.

Research requirements:

Groups will need to support their analysis and recommendations with the text and a minimum of 6 current, relevant academic journal articles (including those provided). Other academically acceptable sources may also be used as identified by the lecturer and/or tutor. So I need 2 articles.
