1. The overall experience in terms of usability ( both about the same)

2. Navigation ( CAL uses bread crumbs while liat does not, but liat tells u how many more steps to go)

3. Tasks that can be accomplished ( CAL only booking a flight, Liat u can login, summary of fare, currency converter, start a vacation, book a hotel, car, activities, flight status etc.

4. In terms of money, which site allows u to make a quicker decision, which airline gives u more choices in terms of flights and costs. (liat allows u to choose next and previous days)

5. Any other principle you learned in the course.

Remember you are comparing the action of booking a flight from one place to another; you are not comparing Trinidad and Antigua neither are you comparing colors, logos, fonts or the look and feel. This exercise is about functionality, which website allows you to do more, see more, find more use more etc.
