Problem- In Kimel v. Florida Board of Regents, the Supreme Court held that:

Part 1- A state could not be sued for violations of the ADEA.

Part 2- a state could not be sued for violations of the Fourteenth Amendment.

Part 3- a state could be sued for violations of Title VII.

Part 4- a state could be sued in federal courts, but only for age discrimination.
