A man draws a sample of 3 cards one at a time (without replacement) from a pile of 8 cards, consisting of the 4 aces and the 4 kings in a bridge deck. What is the (conditional) probability that the sample will contain at least 2 aces, given that it contains (i) the ace of spades, (ii) at least one ace? Explain why the answers to (i) and (ii) need not be equal.
