Health studies indicate that 5 percent of the population of Umen has a disease that is peculiar to that country. There is a diagnostic technique to detect the disease, but it is not very accurate. Historical evidence shows that if a person actually has the disease, the probability that the test will indicate the presence of the disease is .90. if the person does not have the disease, the probability that the test will still indicate that the disease is present is .
