Question: Two athletic teams, A and B, play a best-of-five series of games (i.e., the first team to win three games is the overall winner). Suppose team A is the better team and will win any game with probability 0.6, independently from other games.

(a) Find the probability that the better team will be the overall winner.

(b) A similar question was answered in Example for a best-of-three series. Compare the two probabilities and provide an intuitive explanation for why one of the two probabilities is larger.
