Question: In a clinical trial, it was found that 7% of those in the control group (who did not receive the drug) experienced a particular side effect commonly associated with this drug. Suppose the same 7% rate was found in those taking the drug in the trial. Find the probability that among the 1000 subjects taking the drug exactly 92 exhibited the side effect.
