The National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education asked randomly chosen adults, "Are the colleges in your state doing an excellent, good, fair, or poor job, or don't you know enough to say?" Assume that the results of the poll accurately reflect the opinions of all adults. Here is the distribution of opinions:
