A company has 4 "help-line" telephone operators with different telephone numbers who handle incoming customer calls concerning their product line. The number of calls arriving at each of these numbers is Poisson distributed with respective means 3.3, 3.8, 1.6, and 2.3 per fifteen minute period. Assume that the numbers of calls arriving at each number are independent. What is the probability there will be between 10 and 14 calls inclusive arriving at the company in the next 15 minutes?
