Dr. Miller is a private practice psychologist . He has a very casual patient who comes in for a session every now and then. The patient spends the session time talking about how he's trying to improve his relationships with his parents and older brother. Dr. Miller does not take notes or keep a treatment plan or record of payment for this patient , but the patient does pay the full cost of the session whenever he schedules and attends an appointment .
