As one of the top managers at 504 Technologies, you realize that there are no written definitions, rules, and procedures for the employees regarding multiculturalism. You know it is good to have a technology team made up of people who have different ideas, education, experiences, and cultural backgrounds, but want to make sure that all current and future employees in the entire company understand the meaning of diversity and your expectations in this area.

Research:

Search the internet for 2 to 4 suitable sources regarding multiculturalism in the workplace. Look for principles, definitions, benefits, policies, training, and/or procedures for complaints. Review these sources to formulate your own policy. These sources must be accessible without login (and cannot be library items).

Formal writing is expected. Since this is a company policy document, plural first-person is allowed (we, us, our) but do not use singular first-person wording (I, me, my, myself).
