Question: Your agency is exploring ways to educate staff in ethical conduct. In a team meeting you propose that a factsheet be developed and be displayed in the agency at all times. Your Principal thinks that this is a great idea and has asked you to draft a factsheet titled 'The Principles of Ethical Practice in Real Estate'.

Refer to the statutory and industry codes of conduct for ethical practices as a guide and develop a Factsheet that explains ethical practice and conduct using the following headings:
