You are required to reflect on your own development through the course, and how the nine Principles of Agile Leadership have supported your journey.

Your answer to Part 1 should be structured according to the three Cs of Agile Leadership (communication, collaboration and commitment), consider all nine principles, and cover the following areas for each 'C':

  • In what ways your own practice and habits have evolved as a result of your learning.
  • How the relevant Agile Leadership Principles have supported your development.
  • The importance of each 'C' to the workplace and what could happen if it is missing or poorly executed.
  • Examples of tools, techniques or approaches from your experience that have been successful in improving team engagement in connection with each 'C'.
  • Relevant literature sources that you have met in the course, and that have had a particular impact on your own journey.
