In order to complete software development project in record time relative to competitors, Vintek, a software development firm based in the United States, has teams of developers working in India, Hungary, and the United States. That way, a team is always working on a given project 24 hours a day, because when one team ramps down for the night, another team is ramping up its work for the day. All of the developers speak English, but not all developers speak it equally well. Over time, serious conflicts begin to develop between the teams. They start accusing each other of shoddy work or unhelpful work practices. The motivation of the developers in India and Hungary decreases, which angers the workers in the United States. As the manager of these teams, you need to figure out what is going wrong.
