A primary trend and current management is that in order to have a successful business plan the business manager is obligated to make decisions usually unanticipated and in unique conditions/situations and with no establish procedures. In most circumstances the manager has to rely on the probability of future events. Under these conditions behalf pressure that is exerted on the manager can be reduced through an effective relationship with the Human Resources of the organization.
